We went out to breakfast Saturday morning and the kids were really excited. They love the pancakes at IHOP!
Friday morning Paige's class had a Mother's Day Tea. She made me this cute ;) bonnet and a lovely heart pin.
They sang songs that were so sweet that if you didn't shed a tear you had to have been dead inside.
Then they served us cake. It was really cute and really special.

What a fun Mother's Day weekend! The kids are getting so big and so cute!
I like the bonnet. Very little bo peep.
Love the bonnet.
I must be the Mom who is dead inside. When Jack graduated from Kindergarten we were sitting on those mini chairs waiting for the procession and they start handing out kleenex. I looked around and saw that half the Moms were already crying. They could not believe that I was not at all misty about Jack graduating. It didn't even dawn on me to cry. I was just excited to start summer vacation. Am I heartless or just really immature? I mean who doesn't love summer, right?

Killer bonnet, Jess!
"dead inside" lol!
Too funny! I admit that I alternate between being "dead inside" and crying at commercials. So it would have depended on the day. But who could hold it together while looking at that sweet face.
I love the bonnet! We just did that with our Young Women this week as a mother/daughter activity. I guess making hats for our moms is something we never grow out of!
very chic bonnet. Jessica I still don't know. No spoiler here, but something I say in my review. It reminded me of NEW MOON. I am going to read it again and make a judgement. Julie and Jamie both loved it first time through.
