Lars and The Real Girl

I went to see this movie late last night with some girl friends and I must say that I can't get it out of my head. I absolutly loved it. It is a very different type of comedy that can even be a little sad at times - but I was laughing out loud at so many parts. This isn't the type of movie you want to see when you are tired - it runs at a slow pace but it was still captivating to me. I must recommend it to anyone who is a Ryan Gosling (The Notebook) fan. I thought he was still adorable in a dorky type of way.

I absolutely LOVED it as well, but trying to explain it to Brad didn't quite do the trick, you just have to see it. Definitely not a late night though. I was starting to doze in the theatre, but was able to watch another show and a half when I got home last night. (I don't want to get too far behind, you know?) Thanks for the good times. Cold Stone didn't hurt either. Well, not yet anyway!

Was I in the same show? I didn't even see half of the movie because I was concentrating so hard on staying awake. I am not a night person, so i think i was just too tired for that slow pace of a movie. Everyone kept laughing though, and I was so confused....sorry to admit I was not a fan.

I still laugh when I think of this movie. I loved it and I like it more and more just thinking about it.

I really loved the movie too. Just looking at that picture you posted with him cutting her food makes me laugh. I was tired at times and maybe would have liked it even better a couple hours earlier.
